Multiple lines in Email Tool

Good morning all! 

Is there a way i can set up the email tool to group by a certain field, and sent all data by the look up in the field as one file. 

Rough numbers, but...I have a list of 4000 entries, made up of 10 different departments, I want to set up an email to create an attachment for all the entries for each department separately. 

I have done this with an output data file, but wondering if I can get them to be automatically sent out of Alteryx rather than typing up an email for each department and attaching. All the discussions I've looked at advise it will be a separate email for each line which isn't what I need.

Hi @hallidaye,

What you might want is this. You can attach a table to the email.

In the table tool you can group by the data you want, so E.g. Email or department.

Alternatively you can also attach a file to the email.
