I have multiple streams that end up with charts that has grouping selection is on. So every stream create multiple charts. say:
reportA: bar chart for sales by customer grouping by year(It eventually creates 4 pie charts for 4 years)
reportB: pie chart for sales percentages by region etc.(Creates 10 pie charts for 10 regions)
I connect all these reports to one ppt output using join multiple tool.
Even though I see all of the charts in the powerpoint presentation the order of the charts is all messed up. It's like two slides for pie charts and then a bar chart and then another pie chart etc.
What I expect is to see is 4 slides for 4 bar charts and after 10 slides in a row for 10 pie charts.
My workflow produces 10 types of charts so this makes it impossible to manage the output. I also don't want to have 10 different ppt outputs.

Solved! Go to Solution.
@gsenol You will want to use a Union Tool instead of the Join tool. Then in the Layout tool after choose each individual record with Vertical with Section Breaks in the Orientation. That will then export each report element on their own Powerpoint. You can control the order that you want in the Layout tool.
