Multi row formula

Hi All,

Just like in Excel, if a row value is picked up from particular row, i.e A2=A4

I want Row # 2 value should be populated in Row #4

The multi-row tool can reference other rows in your data. To get the best answer can you expand on the logic? Is your data always going to be in row 2 and need to be copied in row 4? In your screenshot the values in each cell don't match to what your formula examples say.

The formula here is 

Row # 2 - Client - 340110255 should be populated to Row # 4 - Client Cash Utilization. 

In short, Sum-2023-06-27 Values should be same for both Row # 2 & Row # 4- Please suggest the best. Thanks.
