Move down Title Row and insert new row

Hi Experts,

Only how to move up the tile row by Sample + Dynamid rename tool, seem not working for insert new rows.

Seeking your kind help to explore what combination of tools i should use to move title row down. 

For this case, there are over 50 fields in the dataset, prefer not using enter the title names one by one, and then make them as title. thank you.

Sample:

User	Product	Sales
Amy	Apple	Andy
Bob	Bottle	Ben

Insert null rows and a row with value " Type=SQL123"

Output

Field 1	Field 2	Field 3
Type=SQL123
User	Product	Sales
Amy	Apple	Andy
Bob	Bottle	Ben

@binuacs thx, but the title on my end did not change, do you know the reason?

evenif i change the rule in "union" seems not working as well, still not able to show the correct result like urs

@binuacs thank you, looks like it only work when the data gets imported by "Input"tool? (Sry, cant open zip since i cant upgrade this app.)

I guess it's not working for the data in the flow?
