Model "O" Output

I have a few models, including a Logistic Regression model, of which I have saved the output (from the "O" output as a .yxdb, which I use as the "M" input to the Score Tool (the model object).

The output of the Logistic Regression model should be some sort of scorecard, with the coefficients etc. I've had a look at the Report output of the tool and it doesn't seem to correspond to what the score output gives

Is there a way of finding out the actual coefficients?

For example, using the example for the LR model, if I select just purpose and Amount as the target variables, I get the scorecard in the attached image. The first result is purpose = A46 and Amount = 9055, and I get a Score_Yes as 0.88914. How can I get this result in a calculation?
