Mixed date Conversion

Hello everyone ,

I have stuck at one step of date conversion please Help me with this.

Problem:- My date column of excel file  has mixed date format how I can convert that in proper format in Alteryx.

03-11-2021
01-12-2021
02-12-2021
03-12-2021
1/13/2021
1/14/2021
1/15/2021
1/16/2021

Here you go.  Two ways, either works, as long as you date parts are in the same order (month day year).

If your date parts are not in the same order, you can use a IF THEN formula.
