Missing Stored Procedures in Dynamic Input tool

I have several Stored Procedures which are missing in the Stored Procedures Tab of the Dynamic Input tool

I am connecting via ODBC and am successfully using other Stored Pocedures under the same database 

If I manually add the Stored Procedure name in the SQL editor, then return to the Stored Procedure List in the tab, I get an error of unable to find the stored procedure

What would prevent a stored procedure from being populated in the retrieved list? Is there a parameter limit, no triggers allowed , etc?
