Mimic Report Format

Can you please help me create a report wherein I have to add a format or design in the file in csv form?

I hope this is possible considering the positioning of the fields.

@KamenRider I am assuming that there are instances where we have a series of different contract numbers. Is that the case? Curious as I am developing a workflow that'll be able to help you out. Also, are you needing multiple different Excels for each contract number, or do you want them in one workbook?

I need only one workbook. Not quite if I will be encountering series of contract number but that can be possible.
