Hi all, I am having a problem with merging some common columns that have appeared as the same with just the right description on the field as one. my goal is to merge all the same fields as one and the one that are unique could be left constant on values where exist and null otherwise . Can some help me with this. I am attaching excel file of the problem,
My desired output will be like
PAT_ID, PAT_MRN_ID, NAME, ABBREVIATION, BASE_NAME, COMMON_NAME, ORDERING_DATE, ORD_VALUE, ORD_NUM_VALUE, REFERENCE_LOW, REFERENCE_HIGH, REFERENCE_UNIT, RESULT_IN_RANGE, GF15_DATE, CONTACT_DATE, WEIGHT_IN_KG, BMI, HEIGHT_IN_CM.
Thanks for Helping!!!!

It looks like you've joined the data to itself at some stage. Check the join tool and you will see that if the LEFT has PAT_ID and the same field is on the RIGHT it will be called RIGHT_PAT_ID.
If it's the same data, just deselect the right_ fields and you'll be fine :)
