Merge two Columns

I have a workflow that produce 2 different outputs. 

I´m looking for a way to unite the information like this. 

So any Idea on how to produce an Output Like that is welcome.

The join tool is what you're looking for. Notice the configuration - I un-ticked the month from the right input.
