Matching based on one word

Hi Guys,

I would like to ask you for your help regarding my problem. 

I am sending you my excel with raw data and also with Desired output sheet.

My question is how can I vlookup those country codes from sheet "Pairs" based on country name to the sheet "TEST" where it would just create another column "Code" and put all relevant codes from Pairs (based on country name) into TEST that are related to that country? Please, see sheet Desired output to better understand my problem.

I would really appreciate your help as I have never come across problem like this.

I believe Find and Replace is what we need here.

Remember to check the case insensitive find.
