Match Description & Amount

Dear all,

i am new to Alteryx and i am stuck at 1 problem. 

I am trying to match my account spreadsheet with following rule:

- The description needs have a fuzz match with 90% probability

- If description match then there needs to be an In (positive value) and an out (negative value) = to 0

- all matched should be sent into a different file

- all unmatched should be sent to a different file

see attached the sample data. 

Was reading through the community articles but couldn't find anything. Really appreciate your help.
