MapServer Error

Hello! 

Could anyone tell me the reason MapServer Error happens sometimes like as below?
Is there anyway to prevent this MapServer Error?

Hi Kazu

I can't see the screenshot but it's like the issue is a network issue affecting the download of the map tiles. This is only temporary and it will rerun next time you load the map. It's generally caused when the tiles timeout due to heavy traffic.

If you can resend the screenshot we can perhaps give a better answer...

Hi Chris,

Thank you so much for the reply.

It wasn't a temorary issue, so I asked alteryx costomer service about it.

And They found out the cause is a corrupt tile in CloudMade, and now CloudeMade is fixing it.
