Link Date and Time to text input tool

Hi All,

I want to input the two dates and one time in the text input header, I know I can use Question.date for the date but i couldn't get the time. I was able to get the date and time from the DateTimeNow, need help to link it to the text input tool.

I'm using the macro from this link to get the xml file Excel to XML - Page 5 - Alteryx Community. I would want to add the as of date, create date and create time from the datetimenow workflow instead of entering it as a question to the workflow:
