License Key invalid

Hello Alteryx Community,
I am using alteryx for an online course at Udacity. I already received a license key for the new version but it is not working. I already tried the offline licensing pprocess and the alteryx still says "license file is invalid". I am very sure that I am dooing the installation process exectly like in the description. The only thing which is different is the name of the file I download on https://pages.alteryx.com/alteryx-trial.html
After I type in my contact details on this site I download the Dekop Trial like in the describtion of the online course. In the Email from Udacity they tell me I should download AlteryxInstallx64_11.8.3.40692 and then download RInstaller_11.8.3.40692. But when I click download on the dekop trial the file I am downloading is AlteryxDownloadManager2018.1.3.42973_NonAdmin_x64. Maybe this causes the problem with the license key? I really hope somebody can help me, because Udacity said they cannot help me with this case and I want to finish the online course. This problem causes me trouble for more than a week now.

The licence keys for 2018.1 and 11.8 are the same and so should work for you.
Try using the licence key with version 11.7 and see if that makes a difference:

danke für die schnelle Antwort. Der Schlüssel war zwar noch immer falsch, aber ich konnte mir die 14 Tägige Testversion sichern. Das wird genug Zeit sein.
