License Key Not Being Sent

Hello, I have been trying to sign in to my Alteryx account but I have been having issues because my email will not receive the license key code that comes with it for my school. Please help or give me any advice on how I can fix this issue.

You may need to check with Alteryx Support. They should be able to support you. Hope this helps
