Join or/and Append data from two tables

Hello

 

I have a fixed teams which I would like to count the values of issues (table 1) and production (table 2) by dates.

The dates are common values between the tables.

I would like as a result a table to count the values even if the team had no issue on that day. It should simply put 0 on that date and only count the production. I attached the images of my tables.
