Iterative Macro required to solve sequence problem

Hi everyone,

I have come across a complex problem that I am having issues resolving.

I have attached the file an excel file with two tabs. The original input data and the Excel Attempt.

I am attempting to create the Sequence number depending on The ToolID, From-To and ConnectionNum. The first Sequence number will always be 10001 and From-to will be Origin, then the next sequence number is made by finding the the ConnectionNum thats the same as 10001 (which is 1) and then that will also be 10001 but because that's a destination, we then have to find the next Tool ID which is 5 and then the next Sequence Number will be 10002.
