Invalid directory error: Gallery

Hello,

So I saved my first workflow in gallery for my team.

When I am trying to run it, it gives invalid directory error. The device is not ready. (21)(Toolid:1) 

For context: I saved the workflow into my studio and then added it to collection.

The user who is running the workflow from the collection has the access to the directory which contains input files.

Does the Server have access to that location as well? If not, that will be the issue

How to check?

And if not, then how to get it added?

You can check with your server admin. If you are the server admin, you need to add the network location to the server machine - that will be dependent on your company but generally you give the server machine permission to that network driver via something like a service account that mimics any other user
