Need to Integrate the Task 1 & 2 Workflow in a single Workflow with a Interface that will allow the user to choose which Task to be run.

I have two workflows named as task 1 or 2 and for integration i have combined both into one using containers. Now what i am expected to do is......if user wants to run task 1 or 2 ....he should be able to select either one of them or may be both.
