Intelligence Suite License Key doesn't reflect.

We have been trying to activate In Alteryx Intelligence Suite License but are unable to.  When we tried to activate the license, it shows that it is activated however the tools are still locked and when we check through manage license section the license key does not show there. Alteryx errors tells us to connect with Alteryx representatives.

We are facing the same issue which is mentioned at this Alteryx community post.
