Please let me know if we use PDF file as an Input as in my application it is showing error as the FileID does not match in the FileHeader.

Yes, the intelligence suite license is a separate add on to the Alteryx Designer, more info here:

It will grant you access to Machine Learning, Text Mining and Computer Vision capabilities. To read PDF files as input, you would need the Computer Visions tools as part of the intelligence suite license. Feel free to sign up for the trial here:
