I am having challenge in bringing it to the required output format. Need Help

I see you have used only "Arch JAN - AM" column to summaries. What happen if "D" is not available in Column "Arch JAN - AM" instead available only in "Arch Mar AM"?  My data will be more dynamic.

Please help on this situation.

@Vaithi I don't entirely follow, this seems more of a q for someone with more background with the data.

But I rebuilt the flow grouping by the different ARCHs and still seem to get the same results
