Hyperlink Field in Alteryx

Is there a way to format a field in Alteryx as a functional hyperlink field?  Not in excel, but in Alteryx.  If there is a list of 2,000 records, combine fields such that you can click on each individually to open a related document.

@wbader The Report Text tool has the functionality to include hyper link, but if you are looking for 2,000 records this tool is not feasible.

Maybe you can expand on your use case more? Can you provide some sample links and data + also a mock-up design of what you are expecting / looking for.

But @binu_acs ' point still stands. Anything of that size will be slow / not possible, and even if it renders out, it may be clunkier than you'd like.
