How to update Select list dynamically in multi field formula tool based on user input.

I'm trying to update the select list in multi field formula tool based on user selection and apply the formula only to the selected fields.

I tried following but it is not working , can anyone suggest a solution on this.

But error that i m getting is "NO field Selected", when i select any field in Multi field formula tool only those are getting updated with the formula but the select list should be updated based on the Column Name passed to the action tool.
