How to split records into two

Hi,

I've around 10 records with ID and its values. Like below=

Input

ID	Value
1	3
2	4
3	1
4	5
5	6
6	8
7	10
8	22
9	1
10	12

is it possible to get the output from above input like this:

Output=

ID	Value	ID2	Value
1	3	6	8
2	4	7	10
3	1	8	22
4	5	9	1
5	6	10	12
