Order | R2200 | Descriptions | Code | Resident Code | |
0 | 2120 | ABCD | 2010100 | NR | |
1 | 2120 | DCEF | 2010900 | NR | |
0 | 2121 | ABCDE | 2010200 | ||
2 | 2121 | HJIKL | 2010700 | NR | |
1 | 2121 | KLOOO | 2010500 |
Hi,
I have a mapping with a "order" column. When I do vlookup (joint) this mapping for my dataset, I would like to have the output as if the code in dataset is 2121 that's equal to the mapping column R2200 = 2121, then pick up the raw of Order 1 under 2121 as the lookup value instead of gross up to be joined as one for Order 0 and one for Order 1 and one for Order 2.
Wondering if anyone know how to achieve this?
Many thanks
CM

I am guessing that you are trying to join data only with specific code values, try excluding the records that are not required before the join.

Hi @CM, could you provide a sample of both inputs. And how you want it to look. Then we can help you :)
