How to read macro in weekly challenge

Question

Hi community,

I would like to ask on the  macro build for weekly challnge 86 in the screenshow below :

1. How do we make the tool to arrange in vertically ? Why the macro in the screenshot below need to arrange in vertically ?

2. for the interface tool - check box and date, i didnt see the line to connect to the generate row tool ? May i know how this can be done?

3. As i still quite new to the interface tool and macro, may i know in what situation we need to add update cell tool as in the screenshot below , it seem like they not need to add update cell tool

@SH_94 to arrange the tools in vertical you can make change in the user settings
