How to pick value in new column looking up value in first column and first row

Hi, 

I'm new to alteryx. having hard time figuring this out.

For my workflow i need to create new column in my workflow for leadtime based on below table values. I have Source DC and destination DC column so from below table if my source DC is in first column and destination is in first row, need to pick corresponding cell value.

I basically have the same approach with @Laurap1228  and I further remove the AB and BA cases and some empty values.
