following the excellent guide here i've pulled together the attached for you:
Your output in Excel will look like this, you'll need to play about with borders etc to get the formatting right but the output should be what you're looking for.

@Qiu , I read the post and still didn't figure out. I am attaching a sample workbook. I need to group the first column. How come the output file is grey out in my render tool? Do you know how to output to excel? Thank you.
Please select the option Choose a Specific Output File.

Note: For all other Temporary output it will be Greyed out.

Thank you for pointing out the 'choose a specific output file'. But I have not been able to create the crosstab output yet. When you have time, would you take a look the workflow I uploaded?
