How to merge 2 data sets by the date

Question

Hello,

may I ask you if there is a way to merge 2 data sets by dates?

For example, 1 data sets starts from Jan 2023, while the 2nd data sets start from Apr 2023..

So like basically, they will have a same date at the top column, but data set A and B would show separately below each of the date..

Hi @abae

It sounds like you'll want to use a union tool. Beforehand you'll want to clean-up your column names to be consistent, currently they are different date formats. Once they're consistent the union tool will align the data under the appropriate columns (months) to the extent they overlap.

If you attach excel samples rather than images it would be easy to mock-up.
