How to add 2 [Values] in the same column and have the output in the same column

• I need to add the first 2 highlighted sections and have the output in the 3rd highlighted section.

Can anyone show me a workflow to complete this?

Do you have any other rules based on other columns to know which Values to add?

Also, It would be helpful if you can upload a sample input file and expected output file.

I am not certain about the criteria that how you decide the first, second and third highlight items.
Assume that they are based on the decriptions and made this sample workflow.
Let me know if anything can be improved.
