Hi everyone,
I stumbled upon a thread that mentioned they tested out their upload to SFTP using Rebex. I am currently trying to test out the download from SFTP workflow, however, I have no idea how to use Rebex. Is there anyone that knows of any sources to refer to or can briefly explain?

@jsant96 can you provide a link to the thread where this is being discussed?
You don't need external software to send files up to SFTP using Alteryx. You can reference this link for instructions: https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Alteryx-Designer-Knowledge-Base/Upload-to-SFTP-FTP/ta-p/20845

Hi Brandon,
Thank you for the reply. I'm not looking for downloads that will help me accomplish a download from SFTP as I've learned that this can be done using tools within Alteryx, but rather am trying to understand how to use Rebex so that I can test my workflow. Rebex is an SFTP server that works locally from your computer. It was mentioned in the following article: https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Alteryx-Designer-Knowledge-Base/Upload-to-SFTP-FTP/ta-p/20845?fbcli...

Correct, but Rebex isn’t an Alteryx product. It is just a free open source piece of software that you can use to set up a SFTP on your computer. The reason that this was used to test was so that the author of the article had a SFTP to use for demonstration purposes.
The instructions for Rebex can be found on their website: https://labs.rebex.net/tiny-sftp-server
Once the SFTP is set up you can then upload/download to it using the method explained in the article
