How to Include a Name that was Searched for in the Output Even When No Data is Found

Hello. I am using the join tool to search for someones name in an excel file and give me specific data about them. Out of the many names, there are a few cases where there is no data found for them. I wish to include their name in the list with a message saying "No Projects found". For example,

NameProject
JimmyProject X, Project Y
JohnNo projects found
AmyProject M, Project D

I understand that the join tool only looks for matches in the two files, so is there another tool I could use?

@shaheer The J-anchor in the join tool gives the matching record and the L and R will give the no-matching records. use a union tool and connect the rest of the anchor records.
