How to Identify Trial Installations

We have identified a large number of installs on our estate, some of which we expect to be trial installs - is there a way of identifying these trial installs?

I think the best way to go about this would be to audit the licenses on each computer. Trial installations don't change the installation (to my knowledge), but only come with a 15-day trial license. If Alteryx is installed and no other licenses are present: it should indicate a trial installation.
