How to Combine Multiple Field Data based on multiple Conditions into a Single Cell

We have below dataset, and we want to combine all of the details of the BUYS of the SAME product in a NEW COLUMN and these details should be beside the SELLS of the SAME product. Please help. Thanks!

Here is my approach.
I seperated the Buy/Sell then use the Formula and Summarize tools to get the new column.
