Help with tidying up data

Hi

I have an existing data set like this:

CATEGORY	CATEGORY 2 level 0	CATEGORY 3 level 0	CATEGORY 4 level 0
PREPARED FOODS CAT
	BREAD AND WINE
		LONGLIFE JUICE
			MEAT

that I have to change to this so all data also appears in the first Category column.  Pls can you help me?  Thanks

If the columns are fixed, then this is an idea of how to. Otherwise, it needs a different approach to handle the dynamic part.
