Help with putting data side by side

Hi All - I'm pretty sure this can be achieved by the cross tab tool but I can't seem to figure it out. I have attached a very simple version of my data and where the OWNSTU is the same and has a comment in the FUNDLENGTH column, currently they are on separate rows and want them side by side. My attachment should make this clear on what I'm trying to achieve. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
