Help Generating New Rows Based on Logic

I'm trying to build a model that will auto generate rows for two new codes we are looking to add to the attached data set. The two new codes are the G and H listed below and represent:

G (Year) Spring/Fall BS EE/ME/SO

F (Year) Spring/Fall MS EE/ME/SO

Example: 

22A        2024 Spring BS Eng

22B         2024 Spring BS Plan

22C         2024 Spring BS Non-Eng

22D        2024 Spring MS Eng

22E         2024 Spring MS Plan

22F         2024 Spring MS Non-Eng

22G        2024 Spring BS EE/ME/SO

22H        2024 Spring MS EE/ME/SO

I'm trying to create the model so it generates the new rows for G & H for 2024, and adds the new sort codes dating back to 01A in 2013. Can someone help me with ideas on how to set this up?
