Have Alteryx take different branches in flow

I am getting data from a third party source via email that I have no control of.  Power Automate is taking the file and saving to a one driver folder.  Depending on file size it will be csv or zip and changes throughout the day.  I use Alteryx to blend it with other data multiple times throughout the day.  I would like for alteryx to take one path when the latest file is zip and a different when it is csv so the dynamic input selector does not fail.  I set up a filter.  Any way to have that branch just end when filter condition fails?  That way I could just create this part of flow twice or any ideas?  I looked into detour but it seems like you have to create macros or apps to use which I am not familiar with.  Thanks!
