Handling 'greater than' & 'less than' values in Alteryx

I have a input data table given below. The value is in V-String format

 

GradeValue
MNNI>0.5
MIY<1
JIP>1
QQI0.75
IJK<0.8

 

I need to change this data table to the below format

 

GradeValueLowerUpper
MNNI 0.5 
MIY  1
JIP 1 
QQI0.75  
IJK  0.8

 

How can i do this in alteryx? Any ideas? Thanks.
