Grouping Rows Based on Duplicates, Then Combining Columns

RonGatmaitan

I need to combine rows based on whether 3 columns have duplicate values. Then I need to combine those columns' values into 1 column.

Please see illustration below.

I have come across the multi-row tool and iterative macros (though I haven't gone through the details just yet), but I wanna know what's the best and simplest way to do this. I'm fairly new to Alteryx. Thanks in advance, everyone, and more power to the community.

Hi, atcodeddog05. Thanks for the quick reply. The sample data is already posted in simplest terms. The From part would be the original data and the To part would be what the data should look like. Thanks again.
