Google Earth Color Format

I have a file that has a column that either have a value of Tier 1 or Tier 2.

 

I am going to export it out as a Google Earth File.  Is there a way to set it where the color for Tier 1 is Purple and Tier 2 is Red?

 

I'm trying to get it set up so the end user doesn't have to apply a style template...and can just open the Google Earth file and have it ready to go color coded.
