Google Analytics Time on Page

Hi All,

I am importing using the GA Macro (thanks - really easy to set up btw) the time on page dimension but the time isn't formatted in a way I can use. Has anyone got any ideas on how I can transform it into HH:mm:ss?

Here is an example of the data. It comes in a string value. Just want to convert it to HH:mm:ss. Thanks Jo
