Getting two different results in Summarize tool

I'm running into an issue where I am getting two different results on my summarize tools. 

Any insight on why this might be happening?

The 2 Summarize Tools are before and after the Join tool, so there must be some data coming out from Left Anchor of Joint tool.

Another possibility - there are duplicate matches in your join. because the number of records in the summarize tool after the join is greater than the number of records in the summarize tool before your join - you have different numbers in your summarize tool. ie - you think there are unique values in your join but there are duplicates.
