I have a directory which goes to the folder \\asiapac.ad.company.com\home2\fdgg\4546567\Desk\Desktop\Alteryx Review\07\Event Diary.xlsx

I want to access all the folders in this link \\asiapac.ad.company.com\home2\fdgg\4546567\Desk\Desktop\Alteryx Review

There could be a formula to eliminate character after Alteryx Review and then I guess macros would be required?

Any help is appreciated

Hi @saachitalwar

In the Directory Tool set your Directory to \\asiapac.ad.company.com\home2\fdgg\4546567\Desk\Desktop\Alteryx Review and ensure you tick 'Include Subdirectories' that will then pull everything in that folder, and underlying folders

This is an analytical app so users are going to enter their respective regions into the text box pop up. Is there a way to enter  \\asiapac.ad.company.com\home2\fdgg\4546567\Desk\Desktop\Alteryx Review\07 then remove part after Alteryx Review?

Hi @saachitalwar

If it's an App then use a Text Box connected to an Action Tool, to update the directory Tool like the below.
