Generate field mapping

Hello Community Peeps,

I can't remember how to generate a field map as an output, from an app or macro where there is field mapping.  I did this many years ago but can't remember how.  What I am looking to do is generate an output that lists the incoming fields and what they were mapped to.  Does anyone know how to do this?

With a combination of SELECT/ACTION(Reverse Field Mapping)/FIELD INFO tools, you might get the result that you need.  Here's a picture worth 999 words:
