Fuzzy Matching Help

Hi! I am looking to see if the following is possible. I have a list of words that are COMPLETELY random, there is no rhyme or reason to it. I am just trying to fuzzy match on those that are "Neurology" or related to "Neurology" such as spelt differently or maybe "Neuro" or "Neurosurgery." Can I use the fuzzy matching tool to just find this one specific word and those that are similar?

Fuzzy match these match styles. There is a possibility it might match on name or company name.

I tried this! But this doesn't work for when Neuro is spelled wrong.
