Filtering row based on a condition

Hi,

I have three rows

I have to take one out these three which has type lunch and start time of the is between start and end time of swap-in.

Which is 3rd row.

I am also attaching sample file for reference.

@sgaryali , if you want the 3rd row as output this is what you can do but it does not have type as Lunch.
