Fill new column from multiple rows

What is the best way for me to approach this?

I am trying to create a new column titled "Position" that will fill in values from various columns.

Also, the file that I will download will have some blank lines at the top that need to be removed, how can I work around this?

Thanks, Todd

if only one column will ever be populated, you could just concatenate them

otherwise youll need a formula like "if [field1] = null() then [field2] else [field1] endif"
